Mayco Auctions LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any auction at any time for any reason.

Bidding Information:
When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn't automatically go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified as other bidders place bids or in the event of a lot with a reserve, it can bid against the reserve.
Bidding increments will be the following:
$0 - $100 = $1
$100 - $500 = $5
$500 - $1000 = $25
$1000 - $5000 = $50
$5000 - $999999 = $1000
This auction has what is called an auto extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 1 minute of the item closing, the bid on lot(s) will extend for 1 minute. The bidding will extend in 1 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids, and the lot sits idle for 1 minute.
Mayco Auctions LLC has put forth every effort to make accurate descriptions of the items. Printed or verbal statements made by staff are matters of opinion and are made in good faith. However, all items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. You are responsible for your own inspection during inspection periods.
All sales are final. A bid is a legal binding contract between you and Mayco Auctions LLC.
All items are "Sold AS, Where is" with not guarantees expressed or implied.
Mayco Auctions LLC reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason. No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects, or imperfections not noted. If a refund is given, it will not exceed the purchase price of the lot.
Bidder responsibilities include but are not limited to: Bidders agree to keep their password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. When using the website, you must obey any and all local, state, and federal laws. Violations will result in termination of website use privileges.
Auction company employees and/or the auction company may bid on auction items.
We gather aggregate information from this website which may include but is not limited to number of page visitors, most visited pages, any and all correspondence. By agreeing to these terms, you give Mayco Auctions LLC permission to send marketing emails to the email address on the account.
Payment Information: At the conclusion of the auction, Mayco Auctions LLC will bill card on file for the entire amount of invoice.
There will be a buyer’s fee of 15% added to the final bid price.
TENNESSEE SALES TAX: Taxes will be collected by Mayco Auctions LLC.
- Items $3200 and less will be taxed at 9.75% Sales Tax.
- Items over $3200 will be taxed at 9.75% on the first $3200 plus 7% on any amount over $3200. (2.75% local tax drops off after $3200).
- Please contact Mayco Auctions with all tax exemption documentation prior to bidding.
Purchaser is liable for sales tax on all items without proper tax exemption documentation.
Scheduled Pickup: Items must be picked up Tuesday, September 24th, 2024 thru Friday, September 27th, 2024 from 8am till 5pm. If you feel your items are going to be heavy, please arrange to bring help. Mayco Auctions LLC is not responsible for loading your items. Any items not picked up by Friday, September 27th 2027 from at 5pm will be considered forfeited and become property of Mayco Auctions LLC
Pickup Location: Southland Powersports 870 W. Church St. Lexington, TN 38351. Please make sure to have paid invoice in hand at pickup.
