Brad H. Wooley is a second generation Auctioneer, who joined the family business in 1975. His father, Brad L. (B.L.) Wooley, a nationally prominent auctioneer, founded Wooley Auctioneers & Associates in 1950, and conducted auctions in Arkansas and 28 of the 50 United States until his retirement in 1985.
Wooley is an Arkansas Real Estate Broker, a graduate of the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering, High Point North Carolina, and The International Auction School of Louisville, Kentucky. He earned his CAI designation from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN and, is currently an Instructor at the Texas Auction Academy.
Wooley’s dedication to the profession, lead him to serve in numerous positions of leadership and regulation. Wooley is a Past President of the Arkansas Auctioneers Association (AAA), and nominated by his peers to the AAA Hall of Fame. He has served on the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) Board of Directors, and is currently the Past President of the National Auctioneers Official License law Association (NAOLA).
In 1996, Wooley was appointed by Governor Jim Guy Tucker as Chairman of the Arkansas Auctioneers licensing Board (AALB). He continues to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of this organization, and has worked tirelessly to oversee the enactment and enforcement of Auction Law in the State of Arkansas.
Wooley supports his community by conducting numerous charity auctions and events to raise awareness and financial support for State and National Charities.
